Lazy Susan

TipColor
Tip: Most of us know that a Lazy Susan can be used as a base for painting a car body, because it can be rotated while you paint – but you can also paint a lot of little parts at the same time by stacking wood layers on the Lazy Susan to create a “wedding cake” look.

Simply cut blocks or circles of wood, making each one smaller than the one preceding it. Drill holes around each layer, and insert wooden dowels or bamboo skewers into the holes. Attach the small parts to each dowel. The parts are now on different levels, so you can paint more at one time.
