Tip to hold car bodies in place

Tip: I'd like to share a tip to hold car bodies in place.

I've had a few NASCAR car bodies over the years that didn't fit correctly, and wanted to slide up on the frame.

To prevent this, I drill two holes in the outside edge of the frame, then glue a small piece of wire in the hole, leaving about 1⁄8 inch sticking out. From there, I drill holes on the inside of the body for the pins to rest into after the body is positioned over the chassis.

If the holes and pins are lined up correctly, the body will stay in place, for a great stance for your car.
