Tip of the Month: Drill perfect holes in rod endsHow often have you tried to drill out the end of a kit exhaust pipe,
only the have the bit wander and tear up the side of the pipe? Or if you manage to start a hole that doesn’t drift, it’s so off-center that the entire effect is lost?
Well, drift no more. Gregg Mundkowsky from Corryton, Tennessee, came up
with a remarkably simple idea about how to drill a perfect hole into the
end of a rod.
